I'm abusing my modly powers a little by promoting a community here on Dreamwidth: the_neverenders. It's mainly for discussions about Frank Iero, but anything My Chemical Romance related is welcome, too. We'd love to see some discussions and interactions with people, because we know there are still plenty of fans out there.

Have you met Frank? Tell us about your experience. What's your favorite fiatc song? Why? Did you take an awesome picture at a show? Share it with other fans. Do you have a My Chemical Romance or fiatc related tattoo? Or more than one? Show us, so we can oooh and ahhh over it. Did you make something artistic to give to Frank? Or Gerard, for that matter? Tell us about it! We wanna know.

Come participate. There's a meet-and-greet post here with people to friend on various platforms, some Frank (and Derek) icons, and some fanwork recs. There are regular Frankie Friday posts with great pictures, Twitter recaps, and a heartfelt concert post by boozey.

Sorry your mod has been mostly missing this month, but it's been a rough one. But I am still here, and hopefully will be a little more active in the coming months.

In the meantime, a reminder that bandombigbang sign ups are starting in a couple of days - the rules have been revised significantly to not favor writing over other forms of fanworks. It's basically a big bang smushed together with a reverse big bang; if you're interested, please check out the rules. We would love to have you.

Also, no_tags is checking to see if there's any interest in running another round. No_tags is one of my favorite challenges - it's a quick (a week turnaround) prompt-based ficlet challenge that's produced a number of amazing fics (some of my favorites, in fact). The rules are a little different, but it's still a challenge that I absolutely love. If you're interested, go tell inlovewithnight here.
